We offer small-group lacrosse training designed to introduce new players to the sport and help experienced athletes develop higher-level skills. All sessions are organized by both age and playing experience.

All groups are limited to 10 athletes to ensure quality instruction and a safe learning environment.

Training Pathways

Beginner Track
Intro / Beginner Groups
Perfect for players picking up a lacrosse stick for the first time or still learning the basics.
  • Stick basics: scooping, cradling, passing, catching
  • Footwork & movement fundamentals
  • Simple gameplay concepts
  • Confidence building & fun
  • No prior experience needed

No experience or equipment required to start. Sticks will be provided.

Advanced Track
Experienced Player Groups
Designed for athletes who have played before or are ready for more challenging skills.
  • Advanced stickwork & ball control
  • Dodging, shooting, offensive concepts
  • Defensive positioning & footwork
  • Small-sided gameplay & decision-making
  • Elevated training intensity

These sessions challenge players while staying in a positive environment.

Geat & Safety

What to Expect
  • Lacrosse sticks will be provided and collected at the end of each session. Players are welcome to bring their own.
  • Wear cleats if you have them (no metal spikes).
  • We use soft lacrosse balls for 6U and 8U.
  • We use tennis balls and/or lacrosse balls for 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U.
  • If you have equipment, please bring it.
